Four basic elements of Top Loyalty:

1. Setting rewards and loyalty points

We will set up rewards for you in the loyalty program that customers will receive with every purchase at your company and determine how many loyalty points are required to redeem each reward.

With the help of beautiful templates, we will adapt the image of the award to the platform.

For each purchase, the program will award loyalty points that the customer can use to get a reward. For example, a customer can earn 2 loyalty points for a coffee purchase, which can be redeemed for a specific reward such as a box of free donuts worth 30 loyalty points.

Top Loyalty is applicable both for offline stores (in-store purchases), as well as for online purchases and purchases in stores that do not belong to the owner of the loyalty program and that sell his products.

2. Automatic generation of a "smart QR code"

The program automatically generates a 'smart' QR code for a specific company. Multiple QR codes can be generated for one company in case there are various activities (various store chains), a different QR code for each activity, and each authorized employee can assign points for each activity.

The QR code can be embedded in the company's website, on social networks, or printed to be placed at the location of the physical store (checkout, window, department store tables...)

When the QR code is scanned, the customer's reward membership and loyalty points collection begins.

3.Top Loyalty tracks customer points and rewards them

When users scan the QR code, the program will capture their email address, create their loyalty program membership, and award and track them with reward points. 

Top Loyalty (TL) generates a QR code for the company. When the user scans that QR code and registers, TL generates QR codes that connect users with the company and that serve to identify the user.

4.Top Loyalty encourages customers to spend to get a reward

Customers always have an overview of the reward points they have collected on their mobile phone and see how close they are to receiving the reward. This encourages them to buy more in order to get the rewards as soon as possible.

In addition, Top Loyalty will automatically encourage customers to continue shopping at a time when they are most likely to buy.
