User registration and login

The user simply scans the QR code located on your website, on the window/door of the facility, next to the cash register, on the tables... He gets a screen to log in ("Log in") if he is already registered or to create an account:

When he fills out this form in two steps and clicks on "Create account", he receives a password to the specified email, and the screen for the transfer is then as below:

Fill in ONLY two required fields, click on "Sign up" and become a member of your loyalty program.
